The name of the game is WarringRealms.

The five realm gods of creation have declared war on each other and with this decree all five realms and inhabitants are plunged into battle, Uncontrollable horrors are released and Dark arcane secrets once held by the gods are whispered.

All inhabitants are marked by their ruling god or tormentor and have little choice it seems but there is always hope......... (Prelude to War)

WarringRealms is a hybrid 3D action/fighter combining the head to head competition of a tournament fighter with the strategy based gameplay found in action/adventure titles.
